For $45, you can have your own special License plate 

Featuring the Lily's Hope Logo!

Complete the attached form, donate $45 to Lily's Hope,

and we will take care of the rest!  The breakdown of

the cost of $45 is $32 to PennDOT, $6 for the Plate,

and $7 for Shipping and Handling for the forms.
